A high strength Fe-based amorphous alloy composition excellent in amorphous forming ability is provided to extend more than 4mm of a maximum bulk amorphous diameter, and to increase productivity by precipitating Fe23B6 phase and Fe2Nb and restricting the precipitation of a-Fe and Fe2B. A high strength Fe-based amorphous alloy composition has excellent amorphous forming ability with common formulas FexByNbaY(66 atom%=x=70 atom%, 21 atom%=y=25 atom%, 3 atom%=a=6 atom%, and 3 atom%=b=5 atom5). The alloy composition contains 68 atom%=x=69 atom%, 22 atom%=y=23 atom%, 3 atom%=a=5 atom%, and 4 atom%=b=5 atom%.
