TENDER CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD

A system and a method for managing bids are provided to offer a bidder qualification category database and a law inquiry system to facilitate a law inquiry when the bidder and a qualified business category of the bidder is registered, and reduce time needed for checking the bid in biding by quickly inquiring the qualified business category and the related law. A business category database(210) provides a business category inquiry service to a supplier(100) or a demanding organization(300) by using stored data. A user database stores the information received from the supplier through the business category database(220) and receives a registration application of the supplier. A bid database(230) manages electronic bid by using bid information of the supplier stored in the user database. The demanding organization includes each department of government organizations, and self-governing body or a public institution. The business category database classifies, stores, and examines all business categories requiring predetermined qualification including authentication/permission by assigning a code to all business categories. The system is linked with an integrated law information center(400) of a legislative office through the Internet to enable the demanding organization or the supplier to confirm a required base clause at once.
