METHOD FOR CLINICO-PSYCHOLOGICAL DIAGNOSTICS OF AFTEREFFECTS OF INSIGNIFICANT PERINATAL LESIONS OF CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM IN CHILDREN AGED 6-10

FIELD: medicine, medicinal psychology, special psychology, neurology and psychiatry.;SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to analyze the interpretation of a plot picture by a patient due to evaluating five spheres of psychic reaction: attention, visual gnosis, speech, thinking, emotional-personal sphere according to the symptoms of their interrupting to conclude upon the structure and the character of affected psychic functions. In case of affected entering the task by a patient, impaired attention to the main plot line, insufficient account of all the details, interrupted gnosis, at observing the difficulties in making up a detailed story, at peculiarity of plot's interpretation, at altering the background of emotional reaction, at enhancing emotional tension during the trial, at decreasing emotional syntony against a researcher, in case of certain tendencies at interpreting emotional content of a picture, at difficulties to interpret emotional content of the plot given and the availability of exaggerated activity strategies it is possible to diagnose perinatal cerebral lesion. Then, according to the degree of detected diagnostic signs one should determine the localization of the dysfunction. The innovation enables to diagnose the disorders of psychic processes as a result of insignificant perinatal cerebral lesion at detecting predominant dysfunction of one hemisphere.;EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics.;2 ex, 3 tbl
