FIELD: reduction of blow-out from containers having constant filling level of chemical products, in particular coke chemical products.;SUBSTANCE: apparatus is formed as hydraulic valve comprising feeding branch pipe fixed within cover, plate attached to feeding branch pipe, shell, breathing branch pipe, hood, hood deepening height adjustment means, and sealing liquid provided on plate. Feeding branch pipe has diameter of at least 500 mm and is adapted for heating of sealing liquid by means of product vapors available within container. Apparatus of such construction may be fitted in reservoirs and containers having constant filling level.;EFFECT: elimination of blow-out from containers and trouble-free operation of apparatus.;2 cl, 1 dwg
