METHOD FOR PRE-SURGICAL PREPARATION IN PATIENTS WITH CAVERNOUS AND FIBROTIC-CAVERNOUS PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS INCLUDING MEDICINE-RESISTANT FORMS OF THE DISEASE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: before operation one should introduce chemopreparations of I-II group in accordance with medicinal sensitivity of mycobacteria. This procedure should be combined with carrying out alternately every other day electrovibroacupressure onto the surface of the whole thoracic circumference at frequency of about 50-60 Hz, amplitude of about 0.5-0.6 mm, duration being 3-5-7-9-11-13-15 min and local vibromassage for the area of intercostals projection of pulmonary caverna at frequency of about 90-100 Hz, amplitude of about 0.3-0.4 mm, duration being 4-6-8-10-12-14 min. Therapeutic course before operation corresponds to 13 procedures.
