Local factors are controlled and intensive local anti-inflammatory therapy is applied with periodontal pockets curettage following. Gel mass is additionally introduced into periodontal pockets after having applied curettage. The gel mass has 2% of chytosane ascorbate of 94-98% deacetylation degree having molecular mass of 100-700 kDa. 5-100 mg of chondroitin sulfuric acid, 10-100 mg of hyaluronic acid, 2-2.5 mg of heparin and 11-220 mcg of cattle serum growth factor. 4% sodium alginate is introduced containing 50% amorphous hydroxyapatite. Chytosane ascorbate gel and sodium alginate solution are taken in proportion of 1:1.
