The method for the transferring of glass containers manufactured in a glass molding machine (10) onto a conveyor (24) entails creating a time relationship between the sequence of the glass molding machine and the position of at least some of the glass objects at a defined point of the conveyor. The positions of the glass objects on the conveyor are determined at such a point of the conveyor which in the transporting direction (30) of the conveyor is located behind the last mold or station (11-16) of the glass molding machine.
