The method involves implementing metal carbonyl synthesis in three zones multilayered reaction columns, where the zones produce generator gas. An aperture system is provided in a welded construction of electrode blocks and a frame to allow uniform separation of the energy carrier. The electrode blocks and the frame are charged to produce new electrodes and to synthesis the carrier. Contact frames are formed by thermoplastic castings, in which graphite grout is distributed by preset granularity and quality. An independent claim is also included for a device for direct conversion of liquid inorganic energy carrier into electric power.
