The method involves transmitting non-audio additional information to a program content by a radio transmitter (12). The information are transmitted from a radio set through an interface to an Internet supported terminal and stored in the terminal after activating a control signal. A server request with database contents corresponding to a host (18) is transmitted with the help of the information according to the transmitted program content. The content is transmitted from a server of the host to the terminal after a positive server request with the hosts and activation of another signal. An independent claim is also included for a device for acquisition of program contents radiated by a radio transmitter.
