Method for increased expression of at least one G-protein coupled receptor, comprises coupling at least a co-experimented chaperon of heat shock protein (Hsp)70-family to the G-protein. Independent claims are included for: (1) use of a vector comprising a nucleotide sequence, which codes for a chaperon of the Hsp-70 family in a procedure for the increased expression of at least G-protein coupled receptor; (2) cell line obtained contain experimental chaperon of the Hsp-70 family; and (3) use of a nucleic acid sequence, which codes chaperon of the Hsp-70 family, in the production of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of disease associated with smell perception or smell loss, where the disease is based on deficient or reduced expression of smell receptor.
