The device has a sensor unit, and a transmitting-/receiving unit (3) with a scanning coil (12) receiving a response-magnetic field carrying an information about a magnetic field to be measured and produced by a resonance coil (9) based on an exciting-magnetic field. The exciting field excites pump-magnetic field at area of the coil (9), where field amplitude of the exciting field is compared, so that the exciting field is smaller about a field weakening factor. A resonance circuit (5) includes a Q factor, where a product of Q factor and square of field weakening factors take a value of one. The sensor unit and transmitting-/receiving unit are implemented as components that are completely separated from each other. The scanning coil is laid-out for a bi-directional communication with the resonance coil.
