The arrangement has light transmitter modules or light receiver modules electrically connected to each other by flexible circuit boards. The light transmitter modules or light receiver modules are fixed directly at corresponding tubes (10) and the flexible circuit boards are fixed directly at the light transmitter modules or light receiver modules. The light transmitter modules or light receiver modules are held in a housing (16) and the tubes include extensions which are introduced in complementary grooves of the housing.
