The system has a rectangular holder (b) rotatably supported in a support part (a) that is fixedly mounted at a bicycle, where a case is closed in both vertical and closed horizontal positions. A U-shaped flexible fabric tarpaulin (c) pulls the holder downwards by the weight of luggage pieces and clamps the luggage pieces between the holder and a support part during filling of the case. Two flexible side fabric strips (d) are attached in an opened side area of the tarpaulin, and prevents falling of the pieces or catching of hangers or belts in a rear wheel of the bicycle.
