Containers are designed with double walls on all sides so that the cavity between same is hermetically sealed and filled with a phase change material such as paraffin or paraffin mixtures whose phase change temperature is within the permissible temperature range inside the container . Phase change temperature is set so that at a given heat output inside the container and a given heat transmission resistance in the phase change material below the phase change temperature the sum of the phase change temperature and resulting temperature increase does not exceed the permissible upper limit of the temperature inside the container.
