The valve has a linear flow guidance and an axial symmetrically arranged seat ring (2) and a cone. The cone is guided into the support ring, where the rear side of the cone is connected with a push rod (4). The rod is guided into a push rod bearing (11), which is designed as a flow separator for throttle sound damping. A shaft axis is arranged perpendicular to a cone axis, where the shaft axis and the cone axis are arranged at a distance from each other.
