The motor has a permanent magnet, which is linearly mounted in a motor block, where a position of the magnet is phase-shifted in a rotary inner cylinder. Speed regulation by a drive- and idle running housing and phase-shifted adjustment of the inner cylinder is effected with the motor block at a position of the magnet. A distance of the magnet is selected in the block in such a manner that the inner cylinder traverses a magnetic shade.
