The piston has an upper part (2) exhibiting a bolt (31) with an external thread on a lower side of a piston base, and a lower part (3) that is connected with the part (2) by an internal screw (29) and includes an elastic, soft upper base part (25). An elastic, expansion sleeve (26) is integrally molded in an axial direction and arranged radially inside the base part. The sleeve (26) has an opening (27) with a flange (28) that is radially directed inward. The bolt is inserted in the opening.
