Sorption energy recovery assembly for use in association with e.g. geothermal energy, district heating systems, solar thermal power stations

A sorption process extracts heat from a source at between 100 and 250[deg]C for conversion to mechanical or electrical energy by exploiting the progressive surrender of heat to a temperature to below 70[deg]C. Suitable sorption agents are water and ammonia. A rich solution (5) from the absorber (1) is sub-divided between a resorber (9) and a medium-pressure pressure desorber (7).
