The scanning diaphragm, the aperture diaphragm array and the micro lens array are positioned on each other in the given series directly on the surface of the scanning receiver (10) above the photo-sensitive receiver field. An independent claim is also included for the position measuring unit for the scanning of optically coded measure embodiments.
