The method involves mounting a driving part (1) in a press-fit connection with a covering on a shaft (3), where the driving part has an opening (4), which corresponds to an outer diameter of the shaft. An adhesive layer is provided between the peripheral surface of the driving part and the shaft. The driving part is heated up to reaching a joining temperature and thus expanded. The driving part is moved on the shaft in a force-free manner.
