The module has monolithically integrated solar cells that are electrically connected by contact bridges. The cells are arranged in a solar cell series on a carrier, where the series have different breadths and/or form a meander form, and form a parallel circuit and a series circuit of the cells. A light accumulative area is provided in a middle of the module. The module has several straight or meander shaped curved cell strips (12), where strips have the series circuit of the cells of different breadth and are switched parallely for providing output power.
