The heater has two refrigerant water heat exchangers (19, 119) arranged parallel to each other such that hot water is aggregated in an aggregated section of a line. A mixed water-temperature sensor detects temperature of mixed water. The exchanger (19) continues heating operation, and the exchanger (119) starts the operation. A heat pump-control unit controls a heating condition of the hot water based on the detection of the sensor.
