The system has a transmitting antenna (3) and a receiving antenna (4) arranged at a predetermined distance from a transponder (2) on two sides of the transponder, respectively. A receiving device (12) is connected with the receiving antenna, where the receiving device analyses a response signal. The transmitting and receiving antennas are arranged perpendicular to each other, where a primary surface of the transponder is arranged at 45 degree to the transmitting and receiving antennas.
