The chaff conveyor (2) has a radial blower (8) with an outlet (11) for blow off a chaff (3) and a diffuser (12). The diffuser comprises a blend (14) downwards the outlet and over a straw (7) laid in straps, to detect and collect the chaff, so that the chaff fall down on the straw. A sieve unit (4) lies in a conveying chaff unit and placed upstream to a chaff conveyor unit.
