An off-shore containers-transfer station is designed as a floating pontoon which has lateral crane lines/tracks for movement of the container crane parallel to the container ship, in which the container crane is designed as a container-dock/quay crane on crane legs and in which under it is arranged at least one movable stacked crane and in which the container crane is designed as an electric crane with double- or quadruple-spreaders for receiving two or four containers.
