The method involves obtaining testing parts by x-rays, and obtaining characteristic variances from the x-rays. A number of pixels are provided, where reference pixels for each central pixel are determined by the characteristic variances, and the reference pixels comprise an allowable minimum distance for the respective central pixels and comprise similar characteristic with respect to each central pixel within a portion of images. An ideal image is computed from an active received x-ray by a suitable operation.
