The device has a radio frequency identification (RFID)-manufacturing device, which is designed to form a part of an RFID-transponder during manufacturing of a label. The RFID-device includes a printing device (7) for printing a part of the transponder. The RFID equipment is designed to form an antenna as the part of the transponder on a supporting medium e.g. paper, or directly on a surface of a container e.g. bottles (5). A print head is designed as an ink jet print head with piezo nozzles.
