The exchanger comprises two tube shaped supports (10), at which spirals are fixed at a distance, where the heat exchanger is designed as a pipeline. The two tube shaped supports are designed such that it is blown up by water of the air. The two tube shaped supports are made of coated fabrics or air tight material. The two tube shaped supports consist of an opening at an upper end. The opening is arranged at the front side of the tube shaped supports.
