The arrangement has a base housing (1), an output shaft (2) with arranged rotation housings (3) and which are connected to each other coaxially inside (5) and outside a rotation housing part (6). Transferred at a common basic housing are two identical turbines being arranged reciprocal around 180deg in such a way that they are coupled with one another. On the basic housing are arranged common transmissions (14, 15) with rotation shaft (10) and a central output shaft extended reciprocally for coupling to two turbines.
