The underground municipal sewer pipe comprises a water inlet part consisting of coarse-meshed, metal or plastic basket, and inner-lying, slidable, plastic or rubber aeration line (2) for the aeration of the sewage (3). The aeration line has a smaller diameter than the sewer line and is positioned on supports (6) and with which the oxygen content in the sewage is increased to avoid an oxygen deficit in the receiving water body (5). The aeration pipe is present before the drainage or for simultaneous aeration of the sewage before the drainage and within the sewer pipe. The underground municipal sewer pipe comprises a water inlet part consisting of coarse-meshed, metal or plastic basket, and inner-lying, slidable, plastic or rubber aeration line (2) for the aeration of the sewage (3). The aeration line has a smaller diameter than the sewer line and is positioned on supports (6) and with which the oxygen content in the sewage is increased to avoid an oxygen deficit in the receiving water body (5). The aeration of the sewage before passing through the sewer line, prevents an oxygen deficit in the water body, during the freezing-up of the water body. The sewer pipe is connected with an adjustable drainage unit (7) that is capable of retaining the sewage for the usage of larger quantities of drained-off sewage. An inverse operation of the inner- and outer-lying pipes is possible. Material, dimensioning, profile, surface finish and structure of the outer and inner pipes are to be selected according to the on-site needs. The sewer pipe has a diameter of 40 cm. Alternatively, different liquids and gases are led direction-independently through the sewer pipe and are mixed according to the needs.
