The device has a conducting plate, which receives power of a power supply system (1) of an individual computer server. A several of power output units are arranged on the plate. A control system (3) is arranged on the plate and actuates power output units. The control system evaluates whether power systems are in normal mode by a feedback processing signal of the power system. The control system switches the power output units to stop mode, when failure of the power system is determined, where the power output units are arranged at the front end of the power system.
