Paraglider (1) has a canopy (2) made of upper and lower canvas and the canopy arranged between the upper and lower canvas. Several reinforcing regions (9) are formed at the lower canvas (4) and on the outer side of the lower canvas which turns away from the upper canvas (3) in the area of the rib (5). An independent claim is also included for the harness.
