Permanent magnets fit inside the wall of a wheel rim and in a mounting that forms one unit with the wheel rim. Strong permanent magnets fit unevenly around a periphery in a ring- shaped mounting of suitable material, which is concentric with a wheel hub. More than one induction coil is used. Each induction coil is substituted by a magnet and each magnet by an induction coil.
