Light has an opening section formed on an upper surface of a receiving groove for receiving a storage battery, where the solar energy (301) is supplied from a supply module (302) e.g. solar receiver, and is directly absorbed by the warning light for lighting. The supply module is fastened with fastening sections in the proximity of an illuminating module (304) e.g. LED- illuminating module. The illuminating module is provided in the control panel. A vibration induction module (303) is provided in the control panel.
