The device has a control device (2) to readout a control program from a program memory (3) for an oscillator (1) based on spectral capacity of a low frequency area. The control device is connected to an evaluator (4) for heart rate variability and controls the oscillator using the read out from the program memory based on the spectral capacity of the frequency area. The frequency area is determined from the measured heart rate variability through the evaluator.
