A sensor is attached to a hand or a component. A device allows actual movement of the sensor in a space without any contact. A device compares detected actual movement in the sensor with stored desired movement for the sensor. An independent claim is also included for a method for monitoring movement in a human hand or a manually controlled component like a tool.
