The board, equipped with two plates (3) for standard footwear fixings, is made from two curved lengthwise members (1) and two curved ends (2) made from hollow cylindrical elements, e.g. of metal or carbon, joined by rivets (4) or other fastenings to make a tubular frame (10). The inside of the frame is filled by a supple covering material (6), connected to the frame by loops (7). The cover can be used for publicity matter or decoration. Also claimed is a variant of the board with a hollow plywood structure.
