The method involves cutting a plate (200) in manner that the plate partially covers an opening (110) at its periphery, where the plate constitutes a decorative unit for a tomb stone (100). The plate is positioned in the manner that a passage (112) subsists in the opening between the plate and the tomb stone, where the passage receives a stele (300). The plate has a volume similar to that of the opening. An independent claim is also included for a tomb stone for fabrication of grave monument.
