The system has a releasable articulation, with trunnions and releasable locks, pivoting a lid (27) of a rear trunk (9) between the opening and closing positions, in a locking state of the articulation. The trunk has an access opening which is opened and covered in the respective positions. The articulation retracts the lid to open the opening and to configure the trunk into a pick-up trunk, in a release state of the articulation. An independent claim is also included for a convertible vehicle having a trunk lid guiding and articulating system.
