Constructing a risk and traceability controlling expert system comprising constructing knowledge bases using safe taxonomic information and testing the constructed knowledge bases, where the knowledge base construction includes creating generic safe taxonomic information, creating a generic tree structure based on the generic taxonomic information, and creating specific formats associated to the determined tree structure, is new. An independent claim is also included for an expert system for implementing a construction method.
