A barrel (4) has a lower end comprising a connecting ring (41) connected to an ejection tube (E) of a product delivering unit (P) of a pharmaceutical or a cosmetic product dispenser. The barrel delimits a return chamber (20) closed by a peripheral sealing snap ring carried by a base (13) of the valve.
