The method involves establishing associations between different types of terminals and media in accordance with pre-memorized compatibility rules. General parameters of a diffusion strategy of a message are determined from a user terminal. One of the associations is selected from the terminal, and a calling sequence is constituted in a platform based on the selected association. A diffusion strategy in a digital file of diffusion strategy is generated in the platform based on the parameters and the sequence, where the file is interpreted by a management server for diffusing the message. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a platform for preparing a diffusion strategy of a message from a terminal (2) a management server connected to a platform (3) a recording medium for storing a computer program implemented in a platform.
