The barrier has a communication box (6) formed by a metallic frame composed of hollowed or full tubes. A metallic or plastic plate is fixed by bolting to the frame and is decorated by an adhesive vinyl film. An aluminum profiled framing (10) is fixed to the frame by a screw connection and added with the plate for masking the bolting. The framing is composed of four aluminum trims assembled at intersections (12) by four rigid plastic connection pieces.
