The device has a set of plates connected between them by a two dimensional network of flexible links. The network forms a flexible wrap (3) with the plates, where a part of the plates is bended to follow the surface of a walled tube (1) which is in contact with the device. The links are constituted of material identical to the material of the tube, where the bend part of the plates has a curve adapted to the curve of the tube and is situated in the median part of the device.
