The device has a primary supply regulator (9) providing variable output voltage for supplying an offset regulator (10) through supply cables (5, 6). The regulator (10) presents fixed output voltage applied on a load (13) and input voltage stabilized by a feedback loop (7). The loop controls output voltage of the regulator (9) to correct, by feedback of voltage, any voltage drop induced in the cables consecutive to ohmic resistance of the cables and to circulating current.
