Control-command device allowing the management of heat transfers to improve or adapt the recovery of geothermal heat from the ground in a heat pump system.The invention is characterized by the adapted geothermal exchange, thanks to the thermal coupling of two Contiguous underground pipes, constituting a heat exchanger where the evaporator of the heat pump is included.
