The device (1) has a case (2) closing an air-blowing unit (4). The case has two lateral vertical air outlet orifices (13, 14) along which a pulverizing nozzle (16) is arranged, where the nozzle sprays a liquid product for treating plants. Air outlet orifices (13, 14) are oriented along secant vertical planes. The orifices (13, 14) are oriented so that an angle formed between vegetation row (15) and vertical plane of the orifice (14) is an acute angle, and another angle between the row and the plane of orifice (13) is an obtuse angle. An independent claim is also included for a method for spraying treating products on plant foliage cultivated in rows using a treating product spraying device.
