The system has a computer database comprising age of user of equipment, access level of the user to types of contents and/or the desire or non desire of the user to be solicited by messages. The database is provided with all or part of technical identifiers of the user equipment such as cellular telephone number, fixed telephone number and Internet protocol address. The access levels of the contents are defined with respect to the age of the user and/or depending on time slot. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a multimedia content server intended to operate with a multimedia access controlling and solicitation messages filtering system (2) a multimedia content access control method (3) a solicitation message filtering method.
