Seat`s head-restraint assembling system for motor vehicle, has tube with longitudinal deflection forming concave longitudinal recession edged with convex longitudinal edges, where edges have radius of curvature of specified millimeters
The system has a cylindrical sheath (3) integrated to a seat and with an internal diameter similar to an external diameter of a metallic tube (2) of a carcass of a head-restraint. The tube is partially inserted in the sheath and comprises a longitudinal deflection (4) cooperating with an internal longitudinal projection (5) which is provided in the sheath to prevent the rotation of the tube with respect to the sheath. The deflection forms a concave longitudinal recession (6) edged with convex longitudinal edges (7), where the edges have a radius of curvature of specified millimeters. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a carcass for a head-restraint assembling system (2) a head-restraint of a seat comprising a carcass (3) a method for forming a metallic tube of a carcass.
