The head rest has a cushion with tubular body structure with different elements which are connected using pivot connections (A-H, J-R). The elements constitute a geometric three-dimensional figure near a parallelepiped rectangle. The connections (A-D, G, H, J, K, N, P-R) are situated at top and/or near the top of the rectangle and the connections (E, F, L, M, V, T) are situated at middle of sides (a-l) of rectangle in non-deformed position, and the sides are not in rear plane of the head rest.
